Roof Replacement Instructions
Our factory in the Philippines has manufactured more than 5,500 nipa huts with nipa leaf roofing over the past 25 years.
This reflects our extensive experience. Some of our clients, as well as clients of our competitors, may, after many years, need to replace the roof of their bamboo or wooden gazebo.
You have come to the right place! We have designed an easy method to help you replace your nipa leaf roof.
Coordination
Perfectly coordinate your new roof with the base of your Nipa hut.
In fact, we'll create a structure identical in size to your original hut and then install a brand new roof on it.
In our factory, we will build a base structure on which your new roof framework will rest.
To first prepare a base that resembles your existing roof, we need your assistance.
Roof Replacement Instructions
We must determine which type of roof needs to be replaced.
Stand in front of the entrance of your nipa hut. If it is a bar, stand in front of the bar.
Locate the four corners of your nipa hut, represented by the posts.
Post A is located at the back right. The others - B, C, and D - follow clockwise.
Take photos of your nipa hut, especially corner A and corner B, so that we can clearly see how everything is assembled and attached.
We will ask you for the overall dimensions of each roof support taken individually, in order to calculate the perimeter to be covered.
